OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS

Online NDT or Non Destructive Testing System: The Digital Flaw Detection System works by detecting eddy currents behavior in the simultaneously produced tube.

The system has the capabilities to detect any flaw such as cracks, pin holes, open welds, voids, inclusions, concentrated porosity, weld defects, mechanical damages, opened-up skin laminations, deep pitting and defect in parent material in the tube, which is traveling through its detection test head.

The complete process works without making any physical damage to any tube/pipe. The ultra modern system works in interface with the Computer Controlled NC Cut off and Run-Out Table to segregate the Good Quality Tubes from Rejected Tubes automatically with Audio-Visual alarms and paint marking system.

The Online NDT detection system not only ensures supply of good quality tubes to our customers but a works to perfection as a strong tool to measure the rejection levels and operating efficiency. The feedback data from the system helps in monitoring the rejection levels and is prompt in keeping checks. The resultant increase in productivity is a direct cost saving factor enabling us to pass the benefit to our customers.

As our company has gone into systems and with the result, have been awarded ISO certification, which is being reviewed on half-year basis and improvement are being made from time to time. This has helped us in serving our customers in better way both on quality, service and prices.

With the achievement of ISO certification, we could tap international buyers and export to various countries in world. This has not only added to business but also have been awarded Export House Status. We are this year participating in the International Tube and Pipe Fair at Dusseldorf, Germany to capture International market.

With the span of time, we have upgraded quality of material and have also added higher grades material into a production range. We are presently manufacturing pipes to the following specification.
